These Terms govern your use of the NewGarage platform. By creating an account you accept them in full. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. The service
NewGarage is a SaaS platform to list vehicles, manage enquiries and publish a professional public showroom page. We are not a party to any sale and do not handle payments between seller and buyer.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
3. Listings and content
You confirm you own or have rights to the photos and text you upload, and that listing details (price, mileage, MOT, road tax, ULEZ and provenance) are accurate and comply with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Misleading or unlawful listings may be removed.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform for fraud, spam, reverse engineering, unauthorised access, automated scraping or anything that harms the service or other users.
5. Plans and payments
Subscriptions are billed recurrently for the plan you choose. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Intellectual property
The NewGarage brand, software and design remain ours. Your content remains yours, and you grant us a limited licence to host and display it on your public page.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or for vehicle data supplied by third-party lookup providers. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
